Penthouse 56 at Cerritos Surf Residences is managed by Surfside Residences Vacation Rentals. We strive to always maintain an extremely thorough checklist prior to their guests’ arrival, which includes sanitization and deep cleans. We are taking every extra precaution and following every recommended protocol, high grade cleaning agents, deep cleans pre- and post-arrival, and screening our staff’s health regularly.
Is there access to necessities – i.e., fresh linens, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.?
Yes, we have access to household supplies, fresh linens, beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels, luxurious personal care supplies, and more. We will ensure that Penthouse 56 is stocked with your every request.
Is there access to wine, beer, liquor?
Yes, we maintain an abundant inventory of premium tequila, spirits, and beers, and can cater to your requests for an additonal charge.
Is there access to transportation around Cerritos, etc.?
For the exercise lovers, there are 4 mountain bikes and 1 motorized mountain bike available. In addition, there is a private 6-person off-road cart for easy ability to get around Cerritos.
Should the need for medical attention arise, do you have access to quality medical services?
Yes, St-Jude Hospital for minor injuries is located about 10 minutes away and for full service we recommend H + Hospital located about 50 minutes away.
Is there ample wifi connectivity for working from home in Penthouse 56?
Yes, we have strong wireless connections including fiber optic, plenty of space to create your own office area, and a printer for those wishing to work while on vacation.
Do you have activities and games to keep kids and families occupied and entertained?
